Boxed Up Quilt Class

Class Description

• This is great quilt for beginner quilters and all levels. 
• It's Layer Cake (pre-cut fabric of 10" x 10" squares) or Fat Quarter (pre-cut fabrics of 18" x 22" pieces) friendly and the pattern gives directions for 4 different sizes.
• Have some super fun large motif fabric you've been nervous want to cut into?  This pattern is also perfect to showcase and fussy cut those fun fabrics.
• You choose the size you'd like to make in class.
  • Crib Size: 46" x 58"
    Throw Size: 58" x 70"
    Twin Size: 70" x 94"
    Queen Size: 94" x 94"
• We will walk through the cutting instructions and get a good start of finishing the top of the quilt. 
• You will finish quilting and binding at home.

Skill level

• Beginner
• Participants should be familiar with their sewing machines, basic piecing and sewing accurate ¼” seams.  

What does class fee include? 

• Class fee covers instructor, facilities costs only. 
• Project supplies need to be purchased separately before class. 
• All supplies are available on-line and/or in-store at TrishTacSew

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING SUPPLIES TO THIS CLASS: 

• Be sure to bring ALL SUPPLIES needed.
• We DO NOT have supplies to loan out. 
• If you forget anything, you can always purchase what is needed.

CLASS TIMES:
I understand that doors open 10 minutes before class and end at the stated time when you registered. Please be respectful of the start time and only arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.  Sometimes there are classes beforehand or Trish and/or the instructor needs prep time. If you wish to make additional arrangements to continue working on projects once class ends at the stated time, please see our schedule for Sit & Sew or Open Sew with Instructor.

DISCOUNTS: 
I understand that once registered for a class, I am entitled to a 10% discount toward the required supplies for that class.  The discount is only valid BEFORE class and not afterward.

REFUND POLICY and MAKE-UPS:
Payment in full is required to hold a space. Spaces are not guaranteed without payment.  All classes purchased from TrishTacSew are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. If you cannot make it to class, please let us know at least 4 (four) days in advance of date of class to receive store/class credit. A credit will be given and can be applied to a future class. PLEASE do not come to class if you are feeling ill. There are no re-funds for no-shows.  TrishTacSew reserves the right to cancel a class due to health reasons, low enrollment, or teacher emergency.  If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by email and/or telephone, and a class may be rescheduled, or a full refund will be made. There is not an option for individual make-up classes with group classes.

PARKING:
Parking is available in the front and back of shop. 

BREAKS:
For All-Day Classes We will take a 30 minute break mid-day to allow for lunch. You are welcome to bring a lunch or order delivery and work on your projects during that break.  We have a full refrigerator you may use.  Please leave children, pets and friends at home. If you need special accommodations, please let us know.
