• This fun, roomy bag is great for sewing, knitting or crafting supplies. 
• Join Patti as she walks you through the steps to make this versatile mega bag. 
• It's super cute. 
• The class is fast-past in order to finish on time. 
• We have pre-cut all the interfacing for you to help save time and it is included in the price of the class as well as the price of the pattern.

• Advance Beginner - Intermediate
• Participants should be familiar with their sewing machines, basic piecing and sewing accurate ¼” seams.  

What does class fee include? 

• Class fee covers instructor, facilities costs only. 
• Project supplies need to be purchased separately before class. 
• All supplies are available on-line and/or in-store at TrishTacSew

• Be sure to bring ALL SUPPLIES needed.
• We DO NOT have supplies to loan out. 
• If you forget anything, you can always purchase what is needed.

Fabric Requirements

Note: If you use directional fabrics, you will need at least 18 inches of width.

For non-directional fabrics:

• Outside Top – 1/4 yard or fat quarter
• Outside Bottom - 1/3 yard
• Lining - 1/2 yard
• Inner Pockets - 1/3 yard
• Handles - use leftovers from any of above fabrics
• One 18” bag zipper – I used a “By Annie” Bag Zipper
• Fusible fabrics as described below

Note: To save valuable class time, we are providing a Dream Bag Bundle of fusible fabrics already cut to project size.
Bundle contains the following.

• Pellon SF 101 Shape-Flex – 2.5 yards
• Pellon TP971 F or 987F Fusible Fleece – 1/2 yard

Additional Required Supplies

• Thread to match or contrast with fabric based on your preference. We will do topstitching.
• White Chalk Pencil to mark quilting lines.
• Sewing Machine with 80 or 90 Topstitch needle
• Extra bobbins
• Quarter Inch Foot
• Zipper Foot
• Walking Foot for quilting, or Open Foot if you have an integrated foot
• Rotary Cutter
• Quilting Ruler for cutting
• Pins and or big clips
• Basic sewing supplies

• Washable glue stick for sewing (NOT the Elmer’s purple stick).
• Big Clips
• Hara Marker

CLASS TIMES:
I understand that doors open 10 minutes before class and end at the stated time when you registered. Please be respectful of the start time and only arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.  Sometimes there are classes beforehand or Trish and/or the instructor needs prep time. If you wish to make additional arrangements to continue working on projects once class ends at the stated time, please see our schedule for Sit & Sew or Open Sew with Instructor.

DISCOUNTS: 
I understand that once registered for a class, I am entitled to a 10% discount toward the required supplies for that class.  The discount is only valid BEFORE class and not afterward.

REFUND POLICY and MAKE-UPS:
Payment in full is required to hold a space. Spaces are not guaranteed without payment.  All classes purchased from TrishTacSew are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. If you cannot make it to class, please let us know at least 4 (four) days in advance of date of class to receive store/class credit. A credit will be given and can be applied to a future class. PLEASE do not come to class if you are feeling ill. There are no re-funds for no-shows.  TrishTacSew reserves the right to cancel a class due to health reasons, low enrollment, or teacher emergency.  If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by email and/or telephone, and a class may be rescheduled, or a full refund will be made. There is not an option for individual make-up classes with group classes.

PARKING:
Parking is available in the front and back of shop. 

BREAKS:
For All-Day Classes We will take a 30 minute break mid-day to allow for lunch. You are welcome to bring a lunch or order delivery and work on your projects during that break.  We have a full refrigerator you may use.  Please leave children, pets and friends at home. If you need special accommodations, please let us know.
