Road to California Bus Trip

TrishTacSew Quilt Shop is hosting our a bus trip to the Road to California Quilt Show held at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California.  We have reserved a big ole comfortable luxury bus that seats 55 quilters. First Come, First Served. 

YOU ARE INVITED! 

WHAT
To take a bus ride with us to the Road to California Quilt Show

WHERE
Park your car or get dropped off in the Sam's Club/Walmart parking lot on Monterey in Palm Desert.  We'll depart from the parking lot in the morning and return to the parking lot in the evening. 

WHEN
Friday, January 23, 2026
Depart to Ontario: 8:30 am (please arrive around 8:00 am to get checked in with our Bus Coordinator)
Board bus for Return to Palm Desert around 4:00 pm
Arrive back in Palm Desert approximately 5:30 pm

WHY
Because Quilting is a team sport and more fun with teammates!

HOW MUCH

$65 for bus ticket - this includes a multi-day ticket for Road to California

Tickets for the Quilt Show are only $18.00, a savings of $7 per person for our bus passengers. All tickets are multi-day tickets.   The ticket is valid for all our days and includes Preview Night. Please Note: The discounted tickets price are only available for those attendees arriving on a bus.

REFUND POLICY
We understand life happens. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip and we can give you a refund based on the dates below.
Full refund if cancelled by December 24, 2025
50% refund if cancelled by January 14, 2026
No refund if cancelled after January 14, 2026
