Class Description

• Have you taken our Sewing Boot Camp I Class and are ready to sew more fun projects on your sewing machine!!
• Join us for Boot Camp II! - Another hands-on course where beginners become stitch-savvy and learn to use a rotary cutter and install a zipper.
• We'll guide you through some new tools, review how to thread a bobbin and machine and make a handy little zippered pouch.
• Didn't take our Boot Camp I class? No problem! If you are familiar with using a machine a little and can sew a straight line, you are very welcome to join us.
• Please leave your machine at home.  We will learn on our Janome classroom machines.
• Class begins at 1:00pm
• Class ends at 4:00pm

• Class fee covers instructor, facilities costs only.
• A Boot Camp II Project Kit is required for this class.
• The fee for the Boot Camp II Project kit is included in the class price.
• The Boot Camp II Project Kit will be handed out during class. 
• Additionally, you will need to bring a rotary cutter and 6 x 12" acrylic ruler separately. 
• All supplies are available on-line and in-store at TrishTacSewSkill level

Skill level

• Beginner
• Participants should be familiar with their sewing machines, and sewing accurate seams allowance.  

• (1) Fat Quarter of main fabric
• (1) Fat Quarter of lining fabric
• 8" zipper
• Zipper Pull
• Pint Sized pattern 

• Sewing Pins 
• Fabric scissors
• seam ripper 
• Be sure to bring ALL SUPPLIES needed.
• We DO NOT have supplies to loan out. 
• If you forget anything, you can always purchase what is needed.

Please bring waiver to first day of class.

CLASS TIME
I understand that doors open 10 minutes before class and end at the stated time when you registered. Please be respectful of the start time and only arrive 10 minutes prior to start time.  Sometimes there are classes beforehand or Trish and/or the instructor needs prep time. If you need or wish to make additional arrangements to continue working on projects once class ends at the stated time, please see our  sit and sew times and/or open sew with instructor classes.

DISCOUNT
I understand that once registered for a class, I am entitled to a 10% discount toward the required supplies for that class.  The discount is only valid BEFORE THE DAY OF class and not afterward.  

REFUNDS AND MAKE-UPS
Payment in full is required to hold a space. Spaces are not guaranteed without payment.  All classes purchased from TrishTacSew are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. If you cannot make it to class, please let us know at least 4 (four) days in advance of date of class to receive store/class credit. A credit will be given and can be applied to a future class. PLEASE do not come to class if you are feeling ill. There are no re-funds for no-shows.  TrishTacSew reserves the right to cancels a class due to health reasons, low enrollment, or teacher emergency.  If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by email and/or telephone, and a class may be rescheduled, or a full refund will be made. There is not an option for individual make-up classes with group classes.
